Job responsibilities崗位職責:1.Create concepts for new Production Tester.構建新生產測試機概念2.Involved in Automatic and Manual Fixture designs.參與自動和手動夾具設計3.Build,wire,program and debug Production Tester.搭線，編程和調試生產測試機4.Perform Gage R&R to release Testers to Production.開展重復性和再現性測試，向生產交付測試機5.Create Technical Document and User Manual for Production Tester.建立測試機技術文檔和操作指引6.Maintain and Trouble Shooting of existing Production Tester.對現有測試機維護和排除障礙7.Continuous improvement of Production Tester.對測試機的持續改善8.Represent testing in a project team and execute agreed testing tasks related to NPI Projects.代表測試小組進入項目，執行新產品導入的相關任務9.Analysis of Production test data and derive improvement actions.分析測試數據，制定改進方案10.Provide training for maintenance team for Production Tester and Fixtures.向維護組提供相關培訓11.Exchange information within Tridonic Group to realize possible synergies with tester development and support.與銳高集團交換信息以及時就測試機的開發和支持實現同步Requirements任職要求:1. Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.能用英語讀寫交流。2.LabView Programming Skills. LabView編程技術。3. Academy in an electronics/machanical related discipline.電子或機電等專業背景。4. 3+ years' experience in testing.3年以上測試經驗。
